I was looking for a car for my college student and I happened to drive by Benicia Elite Auto Group and was pleasantly surprised by the inventory. The staff was very helpful, patient, and low pressure on any sale. They provide good quality used cars at reasonable rates in comparison to most shops in the area. My daughter drove off the lot with a perfectly detailed and running car and a full tank of gas, which is now not a common occurrence in the market. Ken is the man! Ken has been helping me fix my cars for over a decade. I'll go to the shop that he's working at because of his professionalism and responsiveness! He works with your insurance and takes care of everything. Living in San Francisco your car tends to go through a lot. I'm glad I found Ken at European Collision Center. I will be taking my car here and recommending this shop to family and friends!

Outstanding, excellent body shop. They are honest , prepare reliable estimates and do quality work, and deliver when promised. Over several years. I have have work done here on Acura BMW and recently Mazda. Leo is a very good estimator, helpful and follows up with customer questions, and Brianna is a friendly and efficient front desk person. The shop is clean all over including waiting area. I would not go elsewhere in SF not to other independent shop nor to dealer body shop
Excellent service all around. All the staff I encountered were polite and helpful. Jin was excellent and was eager to get us our car back quickly. What really impressed us was that the car wasn't the cleanest going into the shop but when we got it back, boy was it looking nice! Thanks to everyone involved!

I found a car that I was interested in, and Raf quickly emailed me to let me know that it was sold, but there were other options in my price range available to test drive. Raf was very friendly and helpful during the entire experience, and even followed up after a long work weekend, not only remembering I had a long weekend but asking how it went. I really felt like he just wants to help people find the best car for them, and not just shove them into a set of wheels and get his money as soon as possible.
You know I do my research, that said I had an idea of what I would pay vs the owners fav sales guy was charming polite and I drove away in my silver lexus!

After a few used car lot nightmares, I bought the cheapest car I could find from these guys. When the check engine light came on, they gave me a loaner while they did everything in their power to get my car back up and running. These guys are incredibly nice, honest, and they go the extra mile. I will be buying my next car here.
